Security SLA Reporting and Service Evidence

Security SLA reporting compares agreed service measures with the operational evidence behind them. SekuRad includes contract scorecards and incident performance views so teams can review service delivery in its site and contract context.

Discuss this workflow

The operational problem

A monthly percentage is difficult to defend if nobody can explain its measurement window, missing records, or exceptions. A scorecard should make the agreement and the evidence understandable to both the provider and the corporate reviewer.

How the workflow connects

Define the service measure

Agree the target, measurement period, scope, and exceptions before discussing performance. Confirm how your contract's definition maps to the available scorecard fields.

Check the evidence behind the result

Review the relevant incident timing and operational records. Distinguish measured performance from unavailable or incomplete evidence rather than silently treating missing data as success.

Record the review and follow-up

Use the shared service discussion to identify the next action and accountable owner. Confirm review permissions and any attestation workflow against your actual contract before rollout.

Illustrative workflow

What this looks like in practice

Illustrative example: a contract defines an incident response target. A review compares the reported event and response timestamps over the agreed period, then examines exclusions and missing records. The target and any reported percentage must come from the contract and its evidence, not a generic product promise.

Questions to answer before rollout

Does a scorecard prove compliance on its own?

No. It is a reporting aid. The underlying agreement, measurement method, evidence quality, and responsible reviewers determine what the result supports.

Are all measures calculated automatically?

Calculation depends on the configured metric and available records. During evaluation, verify each measure you need, how it is populated, and how gaps or disputes are handled.

Continue your evaluation

Bring your actual operating requirements.

Confirm the records, permissions, and outputs your team needs in a working session. Package availability and rollout requirements are discussed with the team.
